Self-Care
Clients will work with a specialist to find additional solutions for self-care. Clients will work together to explore options to decrease anxiety and stabilize mood while increasing activities focused on themselves including exercise, mindfulness and healthy eating.
Managing Your Anxiety
Clients will learn how to better cope with stress and identify triggers along with learning new strategies to manage emotions associated with distress.
Mindfulness
Conducted in Spanish, this group will allow clients to slow down throughout their day and be more present.
Grief & Loss
Participants will learn about how to better cope with loss and learn more about the grieving process.
Our sessions are provided in-person and/or telehealth.
